I love the sprouted, organic, and not too sweet nature of your granola. The only imperfection is the high saturated fat content. If you could lower saturated fat. (as well as sugar, even though you’re not very high in sugar, we could all use less), then you would have a truly healthy product.

It’s great and all, but could you please make a version without coconut oil, ie less saturated fat, and also less sugar? it’s still pretty sweet and many of us prefer unsweetened options.
