You have a real good product..
I enjoy your pumpkin seeds , however I like the pepitas and even though I always specify them I often get the regular pumpkin seeds?? Not sure whats up with that.

I wound prefer the skin to be off of it and removed .. It detaches from the nut and your eating skin .
