Our Freshness Guarantee
At Lark Ellen Farm, we care deeply about the quality, freshness, and integrity of every product we make. Our foods are made with real ingredients, packed with care, and sent out with the intention that you receive something we are proud to stand behind.
Because our products are food, we are unable to accept returns once an item has left our care. That said, your experience matters to us. If something does not seem right with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. For products purchased in a retail store, please contact us within 3 days of purchase and include your original receipt.
To help us review your concern, please include your order number or receipt, photos of the product and packaging, the best-by date or lot number if available, and a brief description of the issue.
We are happy to review concerns related to freshness, damaged product, incorrect items, or other quality issues. When there is a confirmed freshness or quality concern, we will work with you toward a fair solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for taste preferences, products purchased from unauthorized sellers, items stored improperly after delivery, or requests submitted without proof of purchase.
We believe in treating our customers with honesty, fairness, and care, and we appreciate the same in return. Our goal is always to do the right thing while protecting the integrity of the food we make and the people we serve.
