Where We Ship

Lark Ellen Farm ships to the United States, U.S. Territories and PO Boxes. At this time, we do not deliver to international addresses.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

• Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
  
• Sale events or peak seasons may require an extra 1–2 business days
  
  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
  
  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.

Typical delivery windows:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (when available)
  
  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. If an address is incorrect and the package is returned, the customer will need to pay for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@larkellenfarm.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
