Shipping Policy

We ship with care, just like we make our food.

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, standard transit within the U.S. usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping rates for one-time food orders

Rates are based on order value and shipping destination.

Continental U.S. and DC: For orders below $75, standard shipping is $7.95 and express shipping is $13.95. For orders $75 or more, standard shipping is free and express shipping is $6.95.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses: For orders below $75, standard shipping is $12.95 and express shipping is $19.95. For orders $75 or more, standard shipping is $4.95 and express shipping is $14.95.

Subscriptions and Lark Ellen Merch

For subscription orders covered by our subscription shipping profile, standard shipping within the continental U.S. and DC is $7.95 below $39.99 and free at $39.99 or more. Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $4.95.

Lark Ellen Merch has separate shipping rates and is not included in the food-order free-shipping offer. Orders containing products from different shipping profiles may have combined shipping charges. Applicable shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

  • At this time, we ship within the United States only.
