Lemon Rosemary roasted veggies, for your next summer barbeque!
Hot dogs and hamburgers are great on a beautiful July night but sometimes what you’re craving is veggies after a long day spent in the sun. In that case we have an easy recipe, perfect for a backyard barbeque.
All you’ll need//
* Desired amount of your favorite summer veggies
* A jar of Lemon Rosemary Lark Ellen Pate
* Cooking oil of choice (we love coconut or olive)
* Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Slather your veggies in pate and drizzle with oil
Sprinkle salt and pepper to season
Bake for 30 minutes, until veggies are soft and lightly charred
Top with dollops of more Lemon Rosemary pate
